Pack the item securely in its original packaging (Avyaya box + tissue), affix the label, and drop off at any partner courier location.
Inspection
Once received, our quality team inspects the item within 2 business days to ensure return conditions are met.
Refund or Exchange
Your refund is processed to the original payment method, or your exchange is dispatched — whichever you chose.
